I think that she was looking better than ever between the years 2000-2001. That's when she had her first boob job and still had that beautiful angelical "mirage" face.. but in later movies, she seemed to have changed her voice (I guess becouse of the drugs) and got a lot thinner...
Now I think she looks fine.. but her boobs are not the same (she had 2 or 3 operations), her voice sounds horrifying and her lips got a lot of botox!
