Very hard for a state or local law enforcement official to get a Florida Court to honor a New York warrant to bring extradition charges against a Florida resident. I learned that in my first year of college. My first business law class when we were learning about contracts. The Florida Courts will just delay honoring New York State or New York City warrants and other charges for an extended period of time.
