That's dependent on three main things: formal charges brought by the State Attorney General, Letitia James; formal charges brought by the Manhattan District Attorney, Cyrus Vance Jr. and if Donald Trump ever decides to visit New York State since he has made it clear that he and Melania now reside in the State of Florida. Very hard for a state or local law enforcement official to get a Florida Court to honor a New York warrant to bring extradition charges against a Florida resident. I learned that in my first year of college. My first business law class when we were learning about contracts. The Florida Courts will just delay honoring New York State or New York City warrants and other charges for an extended period of time.Trump can't pardon state level crimes. That's why Roger Stone and various others are still fucked. Trump will never see the inside of a federal prison cell, the state of New York will house his incarcerated ass for the rest of his life.
