Guy I was in a Halo 4 party with on Xbox live sounded like a Brit and we started yapping and the subject of Alice did finally come up. He told me that the NHS made her get her F cup (only 1200cc cause she started with a usDD) implants removed or risk losing her healthcare coverage all together.
