As there is now confirmation she won't upgrade her boobs again (at least until 2013...),
my guesses are she won't pass under the knife at all in december. Changes will be more "natural" like :

- Deep white hair dying
- Massive tanning
- Strong diet program to achieve a skinner and healthier body.
The bonus would be a combo ribs removal / butt implant. a 42-44" ass would fit her well :nanner:
but this guess is a way too optimistic...

I can't believe some of you idiots want her to have bigger boobs. Her tits are perfect the way they are. Alot of these chicks mess up their body because of what their idiot fans demand.
