she looks perfect to me right now, can't understand why she wants to have more plastic surgeries....
i hope you won't be right with your forecast, but i'm afraid that you will be...

I do not see why another nose OP is necessary! Hopefully a very minor correction for her to be satisfied!

To my opinion she should make her boobs bigger one last time (for her last 5 years) as she already hinted at, change her look from time to time and everything will be perfect!
