The simple fact is, this kid broke into a government office under a fake persona in order to illegally tap a senator's phone. This is the situation without any bullshit politics involved. This kid is gonna be doing time in which he could possibly face up to 10 years in federal prison. He's not trying to be set up, he freely admitted he did this with some friends. He's a douchebag on the lines of Michael Moore (though even he wouldn't be this stupid) who is now just looking for attention

Some of you guys and gals need to see beyond your pre-concieved political views to see what this organizations is all about... they use OUR MONEY to further political and social agendas. That's WRONG and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
And HR, I am anything but a "neocon," which seems to be the only label you htrow out when someone disagrees with your leftist ideology. I want to avoid either party's agenda from screwing up my life, liberty and my pursuit of happiness... I don't want to fund either big business nor a growing underclass who doesn't want to work anymore... I want my government to be responsible, stop running up the debt, and leave me the hell alone. I want them to stay out of my pockets, my bedroom, and my life. Apparently, that's too much to ask these days.
