I think it is meant more as a regular museum, than a real hall of fame.I think that local Hall of Fames are a waste of time.

sweden owns technical death metal in my opinion...some great ones have been mentioned but meshuggah also deserves to be included, love 'em or hate 'em they're on another level when it comes to technical rhythms and complex time signature changes

According to the article it seems to be more of a museum of popular music from the 1920s and onward than a regular hall of fame.for the u.s. hall of fame the band has to be around for at least 25 years, right? does the same apply for the swedish one?
