Why do some of you guys hate assari so much?

I don't consider him a troll. Just a funny Finnish dude that has just enough of a grasp of the English language to post on a predominately English speaking board.

I could only imagine the grammatical errors I would make on a Finnish board. Are there any Finnish porn boards?

I consider assari to be the Balki from the old TV show Perfect Strangers of Freeones.

I don't get that either.
Blasting someone's english skillz when 1) it's not their native language and 2) they don't live in a predominantly english speaking country.
Assari's english is much better than my Finnish.

Yeah some of his posts are "Huh?" but so f'n what? It's a porn board.

Second, no. I have no proof. Call it a hunch. I am certain about him being dickish, though. However, this is a porn forum, and it's not, despite how some people act, serious business. He can do whatever.

His grasp of the English language seems to wax and wane based on how convenient it is for him to know the language, and how inconvenient it is for others.

Then of course there's his spam posts. Not only are they spam, but they're often spectacularly negative, generally barely masking a strong undercurrent of misogyny and racism. Beyond that he's made several comments that seem like (barring him having a SERIOUS mental defect) could only possibly have been made with the agenda to make people uncomfortable (and not in the vaguely amusing way that you might see from Roald or VV, but in a decidedly dark way).

There is very little humor here. assari makes me lol too. It takes off the wall stuff to make me laugh. Steven Wright Mitch Hedberg kinda humor.

The good thing is that assari seems to have a pretty thick skin. I hope those that don't like him don't eventually cause him to stop posting.

I love assari's naiveté, his unruffled demeanor in the face of real buttheads trying to bully him, and his genuine attempts to be pleasant, however astray they may go.
