skinny asses can still have cellulite...its genetics and a skin thing, not a fat thing.
I think a big ass is one thats slightly bigger than the rest of a womans body, slightly over proportional. But for an ass to be fat, I would think the rest of the woman would be kind of fat too, no? I'm 120lbs but my ass is huge - its alllll jiggle. But I wouldn't call it fat because the rest of me isn't fat...I'm probably not making sense, but it makes sense in my head lol.
