Four is an excellent number of cats .. I had seven, but the second ex-Mrs Toc got half (well, four), so I have my three cat herd and they are all quite excellent.

My elder statesman is currently 'helping' me with my computing:D

aw thats too bad. :( i told my girl i get all the cats.

hermione is part heminway so shes got that extra digit too.

tuxs are cute. i have a blue dilute tortoiseshell whos the most gentle ever and a regular black tort whos super vocal and naughty, the orange tabby whos so smart but so clingy and my half-***** heminway who seems very calm and very affectionate so far.

shes the youngest. prolly about 6 months old.

They go out ... I have cat flaps in the upstairs windows and patio and front doors so they come and go as they please.
The eldest has never been one to wander .. in fact he's rarely more than six feet from wherever I am.
My middle girl (Siamese/**** cat mix) hunts in the garden and a little way into the woods, but still sticks close
Young tuxie is a forest cat and spends half his time outside .. but he always makes sure to check in a few times a day and makes sure I've seen him.

mine are all indoor. im too paranoid to let them outside. one word: spoiled.

my tabby i found wandering the streets so i kept him. he was so tiny and skinny. and hermione was also a rescue. she was in bad shape when my girl found her. brought across statelines for us. shes doing really well now. im so happy her worms are gone.

Yea .. I'm lucky, I live at the end of a private road with only one other house on it, so there's no traffic or neighbors to worry about so much ....if I were in a city or suburb, they'd def. be indoor cats only
