A Challenge... Who is She?

Howdy,

I believe she was active between 1998-2002. Is she European? I also believe she was in a few of the teen mags, aka Hawk, Just 18, etc. Perhaps she is British, in which case it might be Genesis, or Mayfair in which she appeared.
