Ok I have had a bad weekend with classified ad posting and want to let others know about this experience I had. I won't mention the site but it competes with CL and ends with the word "page" so here is my story:
Ok I spend so much money on this ad network and for the longest time I have not really went back to verify if my paid ads were still showing until this weekend when I started advertising some blogs I wanted to send traffic too. I began posting my paid ads in multiple cities and a couple days later I noticed a couple of them were gone!!!! Wtf I said to myself. I read the posting rules I posted in the correct categories and PAID!!!! wtf..
Well so I emailed the webmaster and they told me instead of refunding my credit card they were going to re-post my ads and run them for longer, I told them fine, so I went ahead and bought more ads!!!! (stupid me) right?, so after buying more ads I went back this time a day later and found 1 out of 3 of my ads were gone!!! I said wft again and emailed them a dozen times to which they have not even responded now to my emails. I think is a shame and someone with a merchant account shouldn't take a credit card and run it if they are not going to provide the service.
I am still waiting on the emails to see what the problem is, and needless to say I will not be buying any more ads on this site until something is done.
I wonder if anyone else had this problem over there or not.. Maybe the webmaster can come in here and explain himself.
