My first thought is Anakin Skywalker... but I'm not totally convinced that it was the actor that completely ruined the character and not Lucas' lousy directing.

I guess I misunderstood the first question. I read it as being able to live one role in any movie for some reason. Vader of course was my first choice but I thought who would want to live through the torture that is Vader's life. To take any role fictionaly of course it would be Vader or Jason Vorhees.
