Fair Point, OTOH, The State of California, by most accounts, seems to imprison such inmates with great care, housing similar criminals, in more or less, separate institutions. Good idea, huh ? :tongue:
Instead of getting their asses whopped, they get to share stories with fellow inmates about their unique criminal proclivities.
