Thats great. Love how this guy doesnt care about anything. Taking a wheelchair on the road and putting a flamethrower on one? Makes me laugh every time I think about it. I always see someone in a wheelchair going uphill along the side of the road... And they are in a manual wheelchair wheeling up. Its kind of sad and I dont see why they dont or cant get an electric wheelchair. Maybe this guy could hook him up.

As I worked for/with people with handicaps of which quite a lot had electric wheelchairs, even those can be pretty nasty in traffic - as they accelerate very fast, if only to 9 km/h, which is not to be sneezed at when they come at you on a boardwalk ^^
