An Ohio state trooper would give his mother a ticket, on mothers day. Trust me, they're in the top 10 biggest pricks ever category. Here's a fucked up fact. If an OST gets out of his car, and fails to put on his hat, he will receive a 1 day suspension, without pay. If his supervisor does not enforce that rule, he receives a 2 day suspension for not carrying out his supervisory duties.
The video of the guy killing himself is fucked up. Someone SERIOUSLY dropped the ball on that one. That's the kind of fucked up move that can cost lives, and should result in removal from duty, on a permanent basis.
