For the record Premium Link Upgrade about the black hole reminded me of this.

I watched a show on history channel a few nights ago about Nostradamus. It mentioned the year 2012. A couple months before that I watched a different show on things that could cause the end of life as we know it. That show also mentioned the year 2012.

The mayan calender ends on December 21, 2012. Coincidentally science has recently figured out why!

What makes 2012 significant is that it coincides with the alignment of the center of the Milky Way galaxy, our sun, earth, and the large planets.

Basically we're gonna be lined up with the sun and a big fucking black hole in the center of our galaxy!

One thing I heard while watching one of the shows was it could cause the earth's crust to shift. Resulting in massive earthquakes, the likes of which have never before been recorded, all over the world simultaniously!

The article has other possible out comes. None of which are positive. But you have to stop and realize that no one really knows what if anything will happen. Funny thing is that it will happen in just over 5 years from now AND there isn't **** we will be able to do to prevent it!

It doesn't look good for the few that survive 2012. It may very well be the end of the world. Unless, a greater power comes to rescue us. But are we worth it? Man is a miserable creature that ***** and destroys himself and other living things.

I'm NOT worried about it! I'm excited as hell to see what happens that day!!!

Just thought I'd share with the board as this type of **** absolutely fascinates me! Especially since we are most likely facing the end of the world at least as we know it. Something WILL change that day. Only time will tell!

i missed that show, seen an older one about him and his prophesies. . . very interesting stuff. there's always been something about the "end". I can't remember what the year was, but the Bible also has something similar. I think that year ****** us up already.
gotta agree with tallcowboy though. if it really comes then, what are we capable of doin? Tired of being stressed and overworked. live life, enjoy it and don't worry, things will work themselves out!

Kinda what I thought when I started it! :tongue:

Besides, humans will become extinct someday! If not then the planet at some point in the future will be destroyed, if nothing else...when the sun finally dies!

I never listen to it either. I'm not saying the end is near. But I'm like 98% sure something significant is going to happen to change the planet permanently on that date!

that day is when martians come to visit....i got a gut feeling also legz not trying to make light of the subect..i know it is very serious subject my preist is telling us at chruch to get all our life together for that day..i think there is something going to happen that will change the way we think and live

Regardless of beliefs, I seriously hope it's something HUGE and exciting! Not just another boring fucking run of the mill, get up shower, go to work, come home, fuck around, go to bed, repeat type of day AGAIN!!!
