^^ No it wouldn’t. Because a.) that means my Buckeyes lost, b.) that means a former coach of that school up north is #1.
I would be very surprised if Purdue kept tonight's final margin under ten points. We just don't match up well at all against them. JaJuan Johnson is all finesse. There's no way he can guard Sullinger which means we're going to have to put Carrol on him. They'll exploit that all night long. Buford, Lauderdale, and Diebler will also have a huge night. Yikes...
I can honestly see the Buckeyes winning by 15 tonight.
Did you enjoy the Notre Dame game last night?
I don't watch the sport, but I thought of you when I heard the results...
I honestly only watch the Big Ten conference. Notre Dame isn't competitive enough on a yearly basis for me to hate on them.
In other words, I don't even know what happened. :dunno:
Michigan State PG Korie Lucious dismissed:

Can't say much about Korie, other than the fact that he underperformed on and off the basketball court this season.
I don't know if there's an elite team in the Big East; they all seem flawed in some way, but I'll still be surprised if the league doesn't put a record number of schools in the NCAA tournament, and I won't be shocked if one or two make the Final Four. The problem is trying to figure out which one or two because the league is a scattered mess after three top 10 teams took losses Saturday (UConn, Villanova, Syracuse).
7 Big East members are in the top 25 of the latest poll, and half of the Big East's 16 members already have either 3 or 4 league losses, which suggests every relevant Big East member except Pittsburgh is likely to spend the next 5 weeks alternating between wins and losses. It'll be fun to watch from a distance but unbearable to experience first-hand.
For more proof look no farther than to Wednesday's showdown between Syracuse and Connecticut - Syracuse will either take its fifth straight loss or UConn will take its second straight loss.
There's no way around it, which is why Jim Boeheim and Jim Calhoun must be going crazy. Both are coming off tough losses today, and now one of them is guaranteed to lose again Wednesday.
