If anyone is interested in having a go at some score predictions, I have created a mini-league on the Premierleague site

Holy Camoly only noticed this thread going.
We should enter a joint Freeones perhaps also, so we can then happily spend the rest of the season arguing with each other? So who will own up to being the resident expert on these competitions.

I have not played in this particular one before.What is the format of this one that your planning, is it going to be a closed competition between just members here or are you allowing anyone else to participate also (ie player not necessarily from Freeones)?

Just checked the league.. bit of a disappointing turnout at the moment.
I suppose there's still time..

If I stay in the head to head league you have set up will I not be put into a different head to head league with 30 teams like last season, as there are only 3 in our head to head league so far. So if the number of teams stays really low I might leave the head to head league to join a bigger one.
You can still be in a bigger h2h league of randomly picked teams as well as TT's.
The Premierleague site rules say up to 15 private leagues.
I assume that's a mix of h2h + classic leagues
I'm currently in league 34297 (random h2h league) + Ring of Fire (TT's h2h league)

1st Prize
The overall winner of Fantasy Premier League 2009/10 will win a VIP trip for two to a Barclays Premier League match (the identity of which is determined by The Premier League) featuring a team of the successful player's choice. The Winner’s Prize includes travel, two nights' hotel accommodation, two match tickets, pre-match meal and £250 spending money.
Monthly Prize
This season the person who finishes top of the monthly leaderboard will be declared Manager of the Month and will win a digital camera, an mp3 player, and a Premier League club replica kit of the Winner’s choice.
