100-year-old celebrates her birthday by smoking 170,000th cigarette

I had to look at the title of the topic twice. I thought it said Britney Spears celebrates her 25th birthday by smoking her 170,000th cigarette.

In February I will celebrate my ...birthday by smoking my 4,680th joint.:pimpdaddy

Smoke 'em if you got 'em.

I'm sure if you try hard enough you can push it up to 5,000 just to have a nice even number. :1orglaugh

Nikkala made me do it!
She said she smoked 5 a day only all her life. I suppose they just figured it on that. Surprise, some do count. My friend Helen's aunt smoked only three a day. One after each meal with tea. *shrugs*

As I said I doubt that very much.

I'd lay odds she might have started on one or two a day. At some point too that she smoked more than 5 a day.

As a ex-smoker I could say that I smoked 15 or 20 a day as that was how many I smoked during the longest period of smoking. But I started on 1 or 2 a day. For a couple of years no more than 10 a day. At the end when I decided enough was enough and just stopped dead. I was on around 35 a day  hence the main reason I stopped.
