I simply hate what it does to my computer's speed. I can't even leave my computer idle for a few seconds as it sneaks behind the scenes and it keeps heating up my hard drive. Because of it I have wasted countless minutes waiting for my computer to become usable after I turned it on because although the computer is fully on and all of its essential gadgets are up and running but Norton Antivirus has till gotta start in background and show its icon in taskbar. It is always late like an annoying celebrity and for that reason everything has to stop and wait for its arrival and nothing can be done until it has blessed us with its icon's presence.
Yet I keep buying it every year because it is a damn good tool when there is a need too find and destroy a virus before any damage. I would happily switch if I knew that the new faster antivirus was equally effective.
Any suggestions?
