According to a site that pops up in a Google image search, the name given is Dagmar. So I looked up possible 'hits' on the FO's search function; which lead me to this possibility: Dagmar Jihlavcova. Nips are the same, nasal structure is almost spot on, and overall bone structure looks the same.

I'm going to go with Izabel Goulart, almost certain.
