Regardless of the (relatively *****) injury or problem, the biggest obstacle for me has been learning to rest or avoid working the hurt area. The most frustrating thing is the "loss" ratio that I've calculated for myself: 1 full week off to 10 days off (zero working out) = 1 month to 5 weeks...
