My BCS Bowl predictions:
Orange Bowl -- Georgia Tech vs Cincinnati
Sugar Bowl -- Alabama vs TCU
Fiesta Bowl -- Boise State vs USC
Rose Bowl -- Oregon vs Iowa
National Title Game -- Florida vs Texas
Pretty cool I guess. The pants are awesome! You just don't see this in the SEC, Big 12, Big 10. I still like Miami's uniforms better.
I see Michigan, Arkansas, and some others have altered there's, but I hope OU never does. We're too proud... let's keep the tradition.
Black helmets... really?
At the time, the Lakers didn't have anybody.
A team with Gasol, Bynum, Kobe, Lamar, Artest, etc.... and you think you're going sign Durant? By that time, Durant will be hot commodity. Remember, there's a salary cap.
Why would they schedule a rematch? That would be totally unfair to Boise State.... they already beat the **** out of them.
Why not a team like TCU? That would be a better match-up IMO.
Why are there Clipper fan anyways?
I like them somewhat, just because they got my boy Blake.... but end the misery and become a Laker fan. It beats having a tumor in your hear.
Damn, Miami and Oklahoma City lost. :cussing:
The first time I saw Brandon Jennings was in the McDonalds' All-American game sporting a high-top fade. He had some pretty fancy passing and was awesome penetrating to the rim. The first thing I thought was "this *** will be the 1st pick in the NBA...
True, but I just find it stupid that Iowa could possibly get in the National Title game. They scheduled a bunch nobodies and they're going to be rewarded because it.
At least Boise State had the balls to schedule Oregon.
It's funny you bring that up because right now, it's USC vs Oklahoma in...
I'm not a fan of big tits or Lindsay Lohan for that matter, but her breast are not too big.
It's that flat ass I have a problem with. Seriously, do some squats or something
Does anyone else think Las Vegas should be apart of the BCS rankings?
LVSC Oddsmaker Top teams:
http://vegassportsconnect.com/poll/cfb/2009/week10.html
I think it should... and it's not just because Oklahoma is 4th in the rankings. They just see the teams for who they are, instead of looking...
Oh no... the Broncos lose! Now 6-1 :weeping:
The Broncos didn't lose this game because of defense. They lost because they can't do anything on offense. This dink and dunk, screen pass **** just isn't going to work anymore.
It just doesn't make sense why we're not able to get the same...
My top 10 teams:
1. Texas(you need to jump on the Texas bandwagon Jagger69)
2. Florida
3. Alabama
4. TCU
5. Boise St.
6. Cincinnati
7. Oregon
8. LSU
9. Ohio St.
10. Penn St.
That's the reason why I was so shocked. OU jumps on them 21-0 in the first quarter.... then it's 24-28 in the 3rd...
Well, like I said, OU looked like 2008 Oklahoma. Landry Jones looked like Sam Bradford and Demarco Murray looked like the best RB in the nation. Ryan Broyles is now are most important player on offense.... he was sick!!!
Maybe Texas and Oklahoma just needed a defensive ass kicking to ****...
I don't assume anyone watched the Kansas State/Oklahoma game. If you watched the first quarter you probably turned it off. If you stayed tuned like me... you probably watch a very entertaining game.
I can't believe how good Kansas State is. Before the game, I actually predicted a Kansas State...
Re: How's this'to cheer ya' up: Girl blasts school officials over her friends gang ra
Whoa whoa whoa.... I thought you were just joking(venting a little anger). I think that's a bit over the extreme side.
Yes, on some of my off days from school I listen to The Herd. I think Colin is hilarious and his show much better than Mike and Mike, but you have to remember.... he's a USC, Pac 10 guy. He's a little bit biased, and he'll admit that himself.
I don't think a 1 loss USC team is better than a 1...
Did anyone see the Oklahoma City Thunder? They looked awesome! I think they easily make the playoffs.
My Heat looked pretty damn good too. Dwyane Wade 26 pts, Michael Beasley 21 pts, Jermaine O'Neal 22 pts. Pretty good trio.
BTW... why are there two NBA threads? Not that I'm complaining. :D
High School prospects inside ESPN 150:
1. Florida - 28
2. Texas - 24
3. California - 19
....and it's been that order for quite some time now. Why do you think Florida, Florida State, and Miami have been so dominant?
There's been more than three: Sam Bradford, Jermain Gresham, Ryan Broyles, Demarco Murray have all missed games. Blake was the latest to get hit by the curse.
It's spreading off campus!
Well, they do say Oklahoma is the "other Texas University". Most of our current roster is from Texas.
Texas is a big state, there's plenty to go around. :hatsoff:
