actually they do fade and shrink greatly if taken care of. they're called scars for a reason because they never FULLY go away, but the visibility will be reduced over time.

Re: Before & After Breast Augmentation (#2) not really, you can tell they're brand new. she had her lips done too, but those boobs will settle. yes there's a bit of scarring still noticeable, but once they settle and heal, they'll look better.
