Thanks dragonturtle. I wish I could find a local store that had these two monitors for a side by side comparison. My graphics card is a Nvidia 7800GT so I think I'll be ok no matter what I get. I'm still trying to figure out how many colors that Viewsonic has. I can't find the info anywhere.

I really appreciate all of your comments on this. I know response time is very important for the games (which is important to me too) but I'm concerned about the color differance. The Acer has 16.7 million colors. The Viewsonic does not list the colors but usually on a fast response monitor...

I'm having a hard time finding this monitor in the US. I'll keep searching. Thanks for the recommendation. I have heard mostly positive things about the Sammy monitors.
