    ESPN analyst makes silly statement!

Analysts make idiotic statements all the time. Dion Sanders is one of the worst it along with most of the ESPN guys. I dont see why it should be highlighted when someone says something you find to be moronic in your view. You have to remember that ANALYSTS ARE PAID TO GIVE THEIR OPINION, you...

The new playoff system is just another way for the rich to get richer and keep the less fortunate where they are. Its a start but its nowhere near fair. Not surprised in the least about Ray Allen. Everyone knew there was little chance he was going back to Boston as was, the chances became zero when KG resigned. My view of a ring chaser is a bit different from most others view. To me a ring chaser is a player who has no game left, cant contribute to his team any longer so he prolongues his career by signing with a contender even for a backup role, just to get a championship. Steve Nash (and Ray Allen...

I dont expect much from the Lakers this offseason. Theyre overcapped and need to cut salaries as is, the trade for Pau was beneficial in the short run but its showing its negative long term affect now...no cap space, no quality draft picks because of the picks that were traded in the deal. Now...

Lebron on the 1990 Bulls or Jordan on the 2007 Cavaliers?

Micheal Jordan is one of the all time greats, but i would argue he would not have been the six time champlon without Scottie Pippen. Jordan and LeBron both make others around them better, but they needed the right kind of team around them to become champions. LeBron was never going to win a...

No possible way Steve Nash goes back to Phoenix. That team is not a contender, and being in the west makes it more difficult to rebuild in one or two years. The Thunder didnt get to where they are for 3 years, it takes time in the West and the Suns are a long way from contending. Steve Nash...

There is a big difference between the Spurs and the heat. This comeback will be impossuble for the thunder because the Spurs were a offensive team, they were dreadful on defense, so coming back on them was very possible. The 2-3-2 format is pressure on the home team. You lose even one of the first two games at home and you might not get another as it looks like OK City might not the way theyve been playing. There is goi g to be a riot in Cleveland if the heat finish the series off.

You cant too concerned over one game, in the 2-3-2 format pressures on the home team because losing one of the first two games could potentially be the only two home games they get in tne entire series. Hardest sport to referee?

One of my peeves from years past was with superstars never getting called fouls like they should. Part of it you can blame on Micheal Jordan, the pampered treatment of superstars started with him. I will say the push on Bryan Russel was the best no-call, i liked that the refs let it go. Most...

NHL v. NBA: Which playoffs are better?

NBA playoffs are too preductable cause of the best of 7 format, you pretty much know whos winning the first two rounds. NHL playoffs tend to be much more compettitive and more wacky from start to finish. I favor the NHL playoffs up until the conf. finals in the NBA playoffs.
