Not really, Torre. The Joker has shown an affinity (and or sympathy in this case) for Harley Quinn. Which certainly isnt the case with any of his hired help prior, or since. But then again, she is cute. Devoted. And much easier on the eyes.

I havent heard anything about Monica being thrilled with any sort of mass-*********, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy. :dunno: But then again, her taste in men can always change. :lovecoupl

Monica Bellucci definately! I like the Rai chick alright, but she really pales in comparison to the power of the sexy Bellucci. I mean, I'm sure I would have picked Rai over alot of other women that could have been mentioned, but when put up against Bellucci ... Monica wins. And wins easily...

Ah, yes. The Serial Batmen. The first being a bit overweight for the role, and the second reportedly telling Bob Kane years later at a social event that playing Batman ruined his career.

Keaton is still more to my liking for Batman. Bale wins as far as Bruce Wayne goes. West was fairly accurate and damn good during his era. Kilmer did a decent job as Batman after Keaton's exit. Clooney was just Clooney.

Bane's so much more than mere hired muscle as he's been often portrayed in other media besides the comics. I too believe he can indeed fit into Nolan's universe, but I sincerely doubt we'll be seeing him anytime soon. Especially if the plan is to introduce villains who havent been realized yet...

I've heard of Whalberg/Hopkins rumors from waaaay back. So those I dont doubt those casting lists as much. Ray Liotta is another one I've heard mentioned as a possible Dent for years as well. Norton and Jolie were, and in Jolie's case, still favourites for those characters. Interesting to note...

Nolan seriously needs to read up on some recent comics featuring The Penguin, or even perhaps the very recent "Joker's Asylum: The Penguin" comic. And if he still feels as if Cobblepot would be just too difficult to translate ... then so be it. But he's really not that difficult as he seems to...

Yeah, the Watchmen trailer does indeed look great. And I have to admit, I do like the useage of Smashing Pumpkin's "The End is the Beginning is the End" in the trailer which was a song done for the "Batman & Robin" soundtrack believe it or not. The Hype for TDK was off the charts, but thankfully, and apparently, the film actually LIVED UP to the hype. Unlike last year's Spidey 3. Nolan + Bale + Ledger = Kicking ass at box office.

Will Eisner created The Spirit, but this is essentially Frank Miller's version. From the preview, I do not detect much about Eisner's version having stuck around. But that's not surprising when it comes to Miller. Should attract the fans of Sin City for sure.

I want Bob Hoskins as The Penguin (he sold me on the idea of being awesome as Oswald with his role in Hollywoodland. The entire time I watched that film, I kept thinking what a truly great Penguin Hoskins would make. I can easily see him as more of a mobster type Penguin that is more in line...

The Dark Knight Ledger, simply put, knocked this baby straight out of the fucking park, and into the fucking stratosphere with his portrayal of the Joker. And the film itself, largely benefits from his participation as well. I mean, I absolutely fell in love with Nicholson's Joker as a *** back...
