    Genetic map of Europe

Yeah, Italy too. Which is strange, given that the Roman empire conquered the known world from Gaul (France) to Philistina (Palestine) to North Africa (Libya). The racial mix of the peoples across all those territories is very diverse - yet modern Italy appears to have it's own specific DNA...

    Genetic map of Europe

I think the only real conclusion that one may draw is that Europe is a complete mix of different genetic basis. Except for Finland, according to that map, all European nations are a mix of different genetic makeups.

D-Day : Book by Antony Beevor

I am a keen student of World War II and I have just bought and am now reading D-Day by Antony Beevor. Beevors previous books, Stalingrad, Berlin, were both superb books. Each book evoked and replayed the sheer ********* that was World War II in Russia and Germany. Beevor, an acknowledged...

Do you think Nina Mercedez's body is perfect?

Nina is a fantastic looking girl. But. As with all fantastic looking people, a lot of their look is down to having inherited fantastic physical genes. Obviously Nina inherited great genes from her mam and ***. Naturally if she did not stay in shape, she would not look as well as she does...

Good question. I've discussed this with my British inlaws and friends. They have very high regard for Queen Elizabeth (the saying for Queen and Country, comes to mind). As an Irishman, I have to say that I am indifferent to Her Majesty. I'm neither pro/anti monarchy. She does a good job and...

How Close Is the USA to Socialism?

I agree. If Americans think that Obama is socialist, then they'e deluded. I do think that some genuine socialism would help the USA though. It's been a while since I was over there, but when I visited, I was surprised at the diversity in wealth between the very very wealthy and the very poor...

Obama visits Normandy & Buchenwald - rebukes Ahmadinejad's holocaust denial

Really? If your thesis is correct (and it isn't, I might add),then explain to me why in 1992, Clinton inherited a (then) record balance of payments deficit, trade deficit, increased unemployment levels? Those record deficits have now been surpassed by George W Bush : another Republican president.

Obama visits Normandy & Buchenwald - rebukes Ahmadinejad's holocaust denial
