Depends on when the deletion took place, and what else has been saved on the hard-disk subsequently. Even so you should easily be able to recover a substantial number of those files. Like I said, there are quite a number of free utilities to help you do this. My recommendation Pandora...

Provided you haven't written anything else on that hard-drive, there are tonnes of utilities available that will undelete (recover) all that stuff for you.
