    Ted Cruz Announces Presidential Bid

Don't speak for Texas....it's literally changing right before our eyes. The speed at which this metamorphosis is taking place scares the hell out of the establishment (a major factor that led to the meteoric rise of a guy like Ted Cruz in the first place). It's yesteryear for sure....whether...

Germanwings Airline Crash: voice recorder recovered. Pilot was locked out of the cockpit.

I'm afraid the flight data recorder was possibly destroyed by the severity of the impact. If they haven't found it yet, they likely won't. It's bright orange markings are usually very easy to spot. Unless there is something of an extreme magnitude that has not been disclosed, there's no way...

Indiana Gov Signs Religious Freedom Law, Could Discriminate Against LGBT

Germanwings Airline Crash: voice recorder recovered. Pilot was locked out of the cockpit.

Actually, one way that this could possibly be achieved is to have the ground-proximity warning software include an airspeed override to help differentiate between a landing approach and a controlled descent into terrain. Flight 9525 impacted the terrain at a speed of 440 knots....about 500...

This is not an FAA regulation to the best of my knowledge. This is a nightmare scenario that has sometimes been speculated upon after the cockpit-access safeguards were put into place after 911.
