Nope. I try not to eat red meat more than once a week, but I tried doing veg a long time ago and after a year, I lost 20 lbs and felt terrible. I'm 6'0 and now 180 BTW, didn't look very good so skinny. I don't begrudge people for being a vegetarian, for some it's a healthy way to live, and...
