I agree that the Tu-160 is decidely inferior to the B-1 Lancer in avionics, smart weapons capabilities and (I assume) radar cross section. However, in pure performance it is actually far superior. It has almost 50% better range then the Lancer and whereas the Lancer can only go about Mach 1.25...
