I just changed mine every time I woke up! Oh and it says in the instructions to not where then at night if they cause you to have strange dreams....needless to say I wore mine EVERY night! :1orglaugh

Believe me! Remembering to change your patch the same time every day for 10 weeks seems a LOT longer than 10 weeks! :1orglaugh

After a couple of month it isn't so bad! You do realize it's a 10 week program right?

No as in burning your skin! The patch is concentrated nicotine! My skin turned red and raised up a bit where the patch was and right after you put them on it feels a lil' hot and it burns a lil'! So that is why you don't put a new patch where you remove the old one!

Make sure if you use the patch that you switch arms everyday! They irritate your skin and if you don't switch arms it can be VERY painful! :1orglaugh (not trying to scare ya or anything)
