All attachments go through a pending period, the only exceptions being for the actual paid office staff of FreeOnes. The way around it is to have the pictures stored on a hosting site where you then use the tags to link directly to the image's url (like when you right-click and select "view image") so it shows up without delay and without anyone needing to be signed in to see it.
