When I run AdAware I typically have only two types of infections: An MRU and a bunch of cookie markers. I've never seen any viruses from that program. On TMIS I just delete the file regardless. It's rarely anything important.
You shouldn't have to with AdAware. The only time a folder needs deleted from Quarantine is when it's infected with a virus that your anti-virus program can't repair.
