Pretty much yeah.
It's 11 players on each team. (10 + goalkeeper) Anyone can score goals. Only the goalkeeper is allowed to touch the ball with his hands. But only in his box.

When the ball carrier passes the ball to a teammate and this teammate is closer to the goal than the last defending player that is offside.
