Yeah, see I enjoyed the 2007 remake as well. I'm aware that comparisons will be made, but that's what I liked about the 2007 film, it wasnt just the same as the 1978 movie. Carpenter's film is a fucking classic, but if you are going to remake something, try something that's different. Like the Fly, the Thing, or even the '88 Blob ... otherwise ... whats the point?

H2 is ok. I thought it was a pretty decent follow up to RZ's Halloween. Rob took even more liberties than he did in the 2007 movie, so if you don't mind stuff like that, you should enjoy it alright.
