I won't comment too much about you've shared here, other than to say I'm intrigued and that it was sexy enough it gave me a hard-on reading it

It's not that scary if you've lived here all your life. We're 100+ miles inland, so by the time they reach us, they've lost most of their strength, and we're well out of range of the storm surge. It probably also helps that we'll get afternoon pop-up thunderstorms during summer that will have stronger winds, more lightning, and dump more rain in a few hours than most of the tropical systems that reach here, so you're used to that kind of weather.

Make it as many as you need, I know the 10K limit can be frustrating

There are hurricanes / tropical storms every year, but it's just been the last few years when one has come through here or had the possibility to. But we'd also gone several years without any even really threatening to come through here. And right now, this one is still only a possibility of coming through here, and now about a week from now
