Well we have the NHS which by popular believe is supposed to be free medical care for one and all. However this is only partially true. If you work you pay tax to fund the NHS. If you are a work shy fucker or some thieving Gypo from Eastern Europe then you get medical care for nothing.

Money is paid to cable companies to fund sports programming. They can create a general interest package cheaper as a package rather than individual options.
