I just went on to vote for a few people, but one thing about this year really surprised me. After admittedly complaining for years about how the industry is going downhill I just looked at the people that are doing the best in the Best Newcomer category, and it is completely stacked...STACKED. I have known about them and seen them, but it just hit me that they have all come about recently as I haven't paid attention to it. There is not many bad ones on the list. This must have been a shockingly good year for new performers. I don't know if it's just some quirky coincidence or if something has changed. Unfortunately it's probably the former, but this was a good year for them.
Not that I'm one of those people that are against implants necessarily, but I also notice how many of them are natural too.

True, but people leaving after a short time has been something that's occurred for a long time now. The difference is there were even less very notable ones in recent past years, and now if even a handful stick around for the long haul that's still better than before. The more quality people there are the better chance more of the good ones stay if for no other reason than how random chance usually works.
