No, most certainly not. There is more to "sexy" than "naked" (or actually performing sex acts) and personally there's nothing sexier than a hot woman like Tori adopting the role of [NOBABE]Selina Kyle[/NOBABE], equal measures playful and dangerous.

Of course, in terms of pulling off that particular role there is a difference between actually being sexy and just trying to act sexy.
