I have about 200 pages written already. I got sidetracked with my cookbook. Once I'm done with the cookbook I'm going to finish the autobiography. It's not an easy thing to write at all. so hopefully this time next year it'll be completed

I was absolutely shocked on Mariah's New Orleans trip video that she didn't stop filming and ask the man to stop singing the spiritual "I'll Fly Away" which is about going to heaven after you die. I actually now see why she is so pissed with religion. She is subjected to it everywhere she goes. Those singers should not be singing such things especially out in the street in public. They need to keep that **** to themselves.

that song wasn't being played there. I added that song to the video. it's a typical New Orleans parade song so I put it in there.
the streets are already invisible man free. a song is just a song. i dont have an issue with people playing xmas music or saying merry christmas at the post office. i dont care. i just dont want to live in a society where a few dictate the legal morality of all.
at a town hall during the campaign, Rick Santorum was talking about the US being a christian nation and that christians need a larger role in government and that the progressives will eliminate all morality eventually. Someone asked him how that's different from the taliban and he said "well because we're christian and they are muslim." so other than that it isn't much different. a few white guys get to decide the morality of everyone? that's fucked up and absolutely no different than the taliban.

Didn't vote for him in the primary. He isn't in the Senate anymore and didn't even win the nomination. Yet you mention him on here daily.

I was in N'orlins 18 years, was in the Crewe Du Vieux, Seeds of Decline, and made many a parade of various kinds...never heard that song. Just sayin'...
As for the comparison... once again I am ashamed at you. La, cher, the Taliban shoots women in the head for bad behavior, beats them for just being an inferior human, and various other horrible Islamic behaviors. No laws ever enacted in the US ever went anywhere near that level...and for sure during Mr Santorum's lifetime.
I get your sensitivity towards the Religious Right (and Left) but try to keep the bullshit to an acceptable level.
Just cuz I can **** a fly off a fence, and so can a Taliban, we aren't de facto the same in everything we do. Either be real specific in your really broad generalizations or get called for shenanigans.

religious law is religious law. you have zero idea how far the right would go if they were given unlimited power. i dont think they would go back to stoning people which they absolutely did, but prison for blasphemy would be a guarantee.

A Santorum campaign would be perfect because he could never win.
I would love to see that fat fuck hypocrite Newt run again, Santorum, Rick Perry, Romney, and of course Sarah Palin. any of them would be awesome because not one could win. I think with the electorate going the way it is and now more brown people born than whites unless your boy Jesus himself comes down from the clouds and runs, you might not see another conservative win for a while. wait, but jesus wouldn't be a republican. he would absolutely be a liberal democrat. chew on that FACT

took the boat to dinner tonight. water was glass and really beautiful out. there were areas where the water temp was 89 already in mid june! that is really warm for being so early. might be a heavy hurricane season! hope it waits til after July 15 for my trip then it can do whatever it wants

Yeah, that's much better. Peace can finally be restored through youtube recipes, it was dearly needed.
