unfortunately, some women get overlooked too often. im surprised someone finally nominated Vicky Vette. i believe shes a fairly prolific poster and never gets nominated. another problem could be how quickly the nomination process happens now that makes it so much easier to miss worthy ladies. theres probably a lot of people who never get to nominate. obviously we're far from a perfect process
