OCSMs spend time on FreeOnes for a number of reasons, including marketing their site and works because they have lives and, frankly, have to eat too. I will never guilt an OCSM for marketing themselves as much as they can here. Most are sincere too, despite what a few members might say.
But the fact that Sandee takes the time to continually engage her fans, even the ones who are not members of her site, is going well above and beyond. She keeps it fresh here and always entertains all members equally. Titles and prizes don't make up for all of the effort and energy she continues to put into her fanbase.
So I too think she is very much deserving of the title as well.
