for me when i found out that ashley fires was 30 (born 1982) [she looks mid 20s to me], persia monir being over 50 and jessie rogers not even being 21 (she looks young but not as young as she is) really surprised me when i found out.

The A's swept the Giants 4-0. The "Earthquake" Series... It took about two and a half weeks to complete it.

The only reason why the A's took the Giants so easily was because the Giants and Cubs ****** each other in the NLCS. The MVP of that was a tossup between Ryne Sandberg and Will Clark.

Plus the year before in 1988, the heavily favored A's lost to the underdog Dodgers. They didn't want to lose in the Bay Area to the rival Giants.

The A's -- that's a dynasty that never was -- the next year, they lost again to the Reds in the Series.
