i don't see anywhere that it says you must be a member for 10 years- i even read the official rules,it says nothing about that.

Would been very happy with that instead of Wreckateer. Would have gone towards Skyrim or Halo 4 addons easily.

Right, theirs two ways to get one. Be a 10 year XBL member and hopefully you are one of the randomly picked members who gets one in the mail or enter the contest. Either way they are both for US residents only.
