The Hovercraft, not only does it go on land and see, but it pretty much kicks ass. Yes it does create noise a lot of noise, but does it necessarily have to run on gas or oil? See energy and transportation crisis solved!

In NYC they're tearing down buildings so they can make new bike lanes, meanwhile a newstand that's been in the same spot for 40 years is having to shut down because it's 3 inches too close to the building on the other side of the sidewalk.
