Downloaded video not working properly

Hi, I downloaded a video with myfreeones points, and it plays just fine up until a certain spot, then cuts out and stops. I can't skip past it at all, if I try it stops. Was this a download issue, or does this happen sometimes? I'm wondering if anyone else encountered this problem, it is a Carmen Gemini video.

The sound stops at 15:50, and the video stops at 15:51. Streaming from the gallery, however, works fine.

I think your download got corrupted because I was able to download it and it didn't stop or lose sound at 15:50.

Try deleting the video then download it and save it again and see what happens. You shouldn't be charged more points to download it again (I just tested it ;-)

Let me know what happens with the new download.

I had to download it twice more, but the third time was the charm, it works fine now. Thanks for the help, I wasn't sure if I could try downloading again without losing morepoints.

I still don't see where to download the vids?

I'm moving the arrow looking for save target but i don't see it.
