This reminds me of that ass clown Gordon Brown who said he plans to supply every household in the UK with internet access. Does that include those who have been in trubble for using the internet for ******* downloads and Gary Glitter types?. If they do that to every household then wont ******* downloading rise and not fall?. As the word of mouth will on how to do it (******* file sharing as the hooers in goverment call it) will rise if everyone has an online service.
